As of 6/19, we have 16 confirmed AMGNA employees attending this event, ranging from the former CEO of the company, to technicians and engineers, salespeople, and even painters, detailers, and office staff. By proportion of the total 70 attendees, AMG employees represent almost 25% of our group.

The PROJECTED attendee cost of the entire weekend is just $109, or $99 for Fuelfed members. A payment link will be sent during the week preceding the event, and attendees will also be able to pay in-person during Friday night's Welcome Reception at The Last Detail.

Thanks to tremendous support from our sponsors and partners, the costs of this event has been greatly subsidized, and we at 233 West are incredibly grateful to have received such support from so many excellent people and companies. None of this would be possible without their valuable support.

233 West has set up a hotel room block with a local Evanston hotel; information will be forwarded to approved-and-registered attendees. The number of hotel rooms in our block is limited so please do not delay making your hotel reservations. If you still require accommodations, please contact  (847) 475-3300 and tell them you are with "233".

Come on over for some drinks in the lobby bar, or cigars in the parking area! There is plenty of street parking near the hotel, in addition to a private, guarded parking area we have secured for the event weekend. Of course we do! Please contact Kollin directly if you would like your vehicle flatbedded/transported between the storage facility in North Chicago and the parking area in Evanston.

Be comfortable, this is a casual weekend spent making new friends. If you wish to dress up a bit, then feel free to do so for the Saturday evening dinner.

Of course! We approved you, didn't we?! The photo shoot is really the only event where you won't be welcome 'per se' so far as parking is concerned, but all approved attendees are welcome at every component of this entire weekend.  

Assuming you have brought a classic AMG into town to drive, you can leave your rental car in our secure parking area for the duration of the weekend, or preferably at The Last Detail.

Only if you wish to sleep in on Saturday and have us stage your car for the photo shoot at Northwestern University. We will only move your car if you ask us too, or if it is required for some reason within the parking structure.
